Raul Garcia

“I’m happy but, as always, the goal is a prize for the entire team and the work that we did. We know it would be very difficult to win here but we also knew we could do it. They had taken more control of the game and it cost us to break through their pressure. It was a well-matched game. I don’t think the expulsion was decision, but it was deserved. We are finishing the season very well and Thursday we have another prime opportunity to win.”

Mikel Balenziaga

“We knew that we were going to suffer a lot in this game. Every ball was an endless fight. If we want to achieve our goal of qualifying for Europe we know that we are going to have to sweat and work hard. I though the red card was close, but fair. In truth, a draw was probably the right result. Personally I felt very well and had no problems.”

Iker Muniain

“It was a really difficult game and they pushed us as far as we could go. In the end it looked like it was going to be a draw, but Raul found the goal. It was an important victory for us because the three points means what we are still on target for our goal. We want to be back in Europe next season and this win was a big step for the team.”
